Coaches Rising does great work elevating the coaching profession, and I’m excited to be in this week’s podcast episode, featuring Soul-based Coaching.
Joel Monk is a knowledgeable and curious host, who invited us into an inspired conversation.
It’s extra exciting, because Soul-based Coaching is not mainstream (even as a science-backed and thorough modality), because well, who speaks about Soul in professional contexts?
I’ve seen this in Amanda Blake’s work, and Joel shared that he is seeing it to in the development of other big names in coaching:
When you explore embodied change processes, before long, you will touch on things that are non-logical but that nevertheless very much make sense.
So I love that Joel is interested in exploring the realm of soul-based coaching, and the very practical impact it has on making sustainable change possible.
This is what Judith Peters (Certified Soul-based Coach) shared with me after listening:
“I just listened to you interview on Coaches Rising and I enjoyed it a lot!!!
I liked the introduction and that you talked about what this work can look like in a corporate context. I’m sure many listeners might be curious about it.
I am going to send this to a lot of people with the note, “This! This is what I love about this work and why it fulfils me so much.“
Have a listen and let me know what you think! You can find it on the Coaches Rising website, and on your favourite podcast platform.
And when you are an experienced coach, check out our Advanced Practitioners Program to add the skills that will bring consist lasting transformation.
