A short and important message:
It is time to be gentle. Soft.
To cherish yourself, exactly as you are.
You spend so much energy working against yourself, against what is present in you. (We sometimes mistake this for what we are supposed to do in life.)
What if you allow how you feel, right now. And breathe with it. (Not going into the stories you have about the feeling, the why, the how, the judgments you may have about it, the how-to-get-out-of-it).
(Does that scare you? You will find it is as natural as water flowing once you practice a little. The feelings flow and change. The lessons make themselves known and you will know how to act going forward.)
Allow yourself the gentleness you can offer a small child.
This is holding space too. We do it for our clients, and we so often forget to do this for ourselves, especially when things are intense and lots is happening. This is where your innate wisdom lies.
